After receiving her Veterinary Technology diploma from Maritime Business college in 2019, Hannah started her career in emergency medicine, working primarily in veterinary ER's for over 5 years, where she developed a love for critical care and complex chronic cases. Hannah is Basic & Advanced Recover CPR certified and fear free certified. 

Her favourite part of being a Registered Veterinary Technician is caring for hospitalized patients. She enjoys making them feel as comfortable, stress and pain free as possible while they are away from home. Hannah takes a lot of pride in her patient care and client communication. 

Hannah transitioned from ER medicine to internal medicine after her own cat was incidentally diagnosed with a primary lung tumor and went through chemotherapy. Nala has since joined the rainbow bridge but will forever be Hannah's inspiration for learning about oncology/chemotherapy and joining the internal medicine team to help support pets and owners with complex medicine cases. 

When Hannah is not at work, she enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, drawing, and hanging out with her 2 cats, Lyra and Robin.
