Hannah

Meet Hannah, our dedicated exotics registered veterinary technician at Maritime Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Center! After graduating from Maritime Business College in 2019, she embarked on a rewarding journey in veterinary medicine. With three years of experience in a general/family practice veterinary hospital, Hannah honed her skills and leadership as a team lead. She then transitioned to emergency veterinary medicine, where she spent the past year providing critical care to animals in need.

Driven by her passion for exotic medicine, Hannah is now embarking on a new chapter in her career. She finds the most joy in her profession when she can make a positive impact on the well-being of animals, whether it's through providing emergency care, assisting with surgeries, or nurturing exotic pets back to health. Hannah is also passionate about preventive medicine and client education, believing that proactive care plays a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of pets.

Outside of work, Hannah finds joy in spending time with her two beloved French Bulldogs, Hugo and Saint, who were rescued and have become cherished members of her family. Alongside them are her other rescue pets: two cats named Audrey and Nibs, two budgies named Cosmos and Mickey, and one degu named Pip. Hannah loves caring for her diverse furry and feathered companions, enriching their lives with love and attention. In her free time, she also indulges her wanderlust by traveling the world.
