Kelsey Harding
Meet Dr. Kelsey Harding! From a young age, she developed a strong passion for animals, spending all her free time at the barn with horses and forming a tight-knit barn family. With a goal to become a veterinarian, she pursued her dream tirelessly and was accepted into the Atlantic Veterinary College. Prior to starting vet school, Dr. Harding gained invaluable experience through various opportunities, including working with organizations like Hope for Wildlife and Homeward Bound City Pound, where she was able to help care for wildlife and homeless pets. She also worked in general practice before eventually finding her passion for emergency medicine while working at a local emergency hospital. She finds it both challenging and rewarding to help sick pets and their owners through difficult times. In addition to her work with animals, Dr. Harding values her family and partner above all else. She loves to stay active and enjoys outdoor hobbies like horseback riding, stand-up paddleboarding, and golf. She even has a horse named Ellie and a budgie named Frank the Tank! Dr. Harding lives on the beautiful eastern shore, having grown up in Cole Harbour. With her strong passion for animal care and dedication to helping pets in need, we are confident that she will continue to make a positive impact on the world of veterinary medicine.
