Kyla grew up in the Musquodoboit Valley and graduated from Saint Mary’s University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Despite her business background, she has always found herself working with animals, both before and after university, and quickly realized animal care was where she felt most at home. Outside of the clinic, she previously worked as a beekeeper and now spends most of her free time with her dog, Rusty.
