Rebecca Beardall

Dr. Beardall is a board-eligible small animal surgeon originally from Fredericton, New Brunswick. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Western University before completing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Georgia. Following graduation, she pursued advanced training through a rotating internship at Cornell University and a surgical internship at Friendship Hospital for Animals in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Beardall went on to complete a rigorous four-year residency in small animal surgery at the Ontario Veterinary College, University of Guelph. During her residency, she also earned a Doctor of Veterinary Science (DVSc) degree, with her research focused on the use of mesenchymal stem cells in the treatment of osteoarthritis in dogs.

Outside of work, Dr. Beardall enjoys spending time with her partner, Filippe, and their beloved pets—two dogs (Archie and Winnie) and three cats (Hank, Henry and Rosie).
