Animals have always been at the center of my life. After growing up around horses and later working as a marine mammal caregiver, I found my calling in veterinary medicine while studying to become a veterinary technician. My time working with dolphins and pinnipeds sparked a strong interest in animal behaviour and positive reinforcement training, and I’m fascinated by the ways animals learn, communicate, and build relationships with the people around them.

Outside of work, you'll find me adventuring with my sidekicks. Artemis, my cat, is an experienced trail buddy who joins me on hikes and cafe study sessions. Astra, my young German Shepherd, keeps me busy with dock diving, scent detection training, and exploring new challenges together.

When I'm not working with animals, I love surfing, skateboarding, camping, water skiing, and creating art. Through my pet portrait business, I combine my passion for animals and creativity to capture the personalities of beloved pets.

My goal is to build a life that allows me to help animals wherever I go, combining veterinary medicine, travel, and my passion for animals.
