Meredith began working in veterinary hospitals in 2007 and quickly found her passion for animal health and wellness. While she has enjoyed working in general medicine practices, after working in an alternative practice she was fascinated by the benefits found in alternative medicine, nutrition, and rehab. She found a new enthusiasm for emergency medicine in 2017 and has been learning ever since. 

Meredith spends the warmer months camping, hiking, and boating with her husband, Jonah, and daughters, Clara and Aurora, and Australian cattle dog, Penny, age 9. Time at home is spent reading, pretending to know how to garden, and placating her aggressively affectionate cat Diesel, age 17.
