Patrick grew up in Southwestern Ontario. He attended the Ontario Veterinary College, graduating in 2017. He went on to complete a rotating small animal internship in Newmarket, Ontario. During his internship he discovered his passion for emergency medicine, and this has comprised the majority of his clinical practice since this time.

Patrick and his partner relocated to Nova Scotia in 2022, and he has been excited to get to know the veterinary community here on the East coast. Outside of work, Patrick enjoys reading and plays the cello, though he is happiest when enjoying the company of his two, three-legged felines, Iron Giant and Coraline.
